No tea or coffee making facilities in room and breakfast was not good

it is comfort and good value for money

Hotel is excellent. The first hotel I have stayed in where I wanted to walk all around it to see all the details and effort to make the place look good. One word - Grand

Nothing really except chasing reception for 40 minutes for an ironing board.

Beaufitul big hotel, really enjoyed my stay. Excellent rooms and restaurants. The (spanish) staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. A+

Understocked bar in the room. Suspect room service staff have an operation going on.

Very bad service. Looks like they do not want you there!! You have to ask to be seated for breakfast, and look yourself for a spoon!!! In the evening they present some live music, but enogh chairs for 50 people in an hotel bigger then a village! Do not bother! Rooms are nice but for 200 euros a night go somewhere else!

Relaxation we went for, & that is just what we got, the swimming pools were brillant, as was the surroundings with a real village like feel. Only one negative & that is the WIFI charges, but then there is free car parking which is very good for a Spanish hotel.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Rooms luxurious. A true 5 star hotel and the breakfast was perfect--all you could eat and more---even cava was served(included in the price!!!) Definately return. The pictures do not do this hotel justice---pools superb.

En general el complejo está bien diseñado

Un hotel de lujo, espectacular que rompe la idea que se tiene de benidorm y da un salto espectacular a ese destino

Para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas le añadiría la piscina climatizada dentro del hotel y una personalización en las toallas y albornoz, entregando éste nuevo, que demuestre la calidad en la estancia.

Es un hotel espectacular, he ido en temporada de invierno, pero en temporada de verano tiene que ser una pasada con las piscinas

Es la 4ª vez que estoy en este hotel asi que es evidente que me gusta, esta vez me toco una habitacion un poco escondida y no con buenas vistas, a la proxima sera.

Me molesta mucho, pero es en general en todos los hoteles el tema de la televison, con un simple tdt ves 60 canales y en los hoteles solo se ven unos 20, pero pasa en todos.

Desayuno muy normalito e insonborizacion habitaciones. Cuarto de baño no es de esa categoria

El entorno, el personal, las instalaciones

El buffet por que tuvimos que esperar a sentarnos cunado habia mesas reservadas para otros huéspedes, no sabía que en un buffet se podian reservar mesas, además la vestimenta de la gente dejaba mucho que desear para un buffet de un hotel 5 estrellas. ademas deberia haber lugar para familias con niños pequeños aparte del resto ya que resulta incomodo.
